Chuck Anderson
Partner
Prior to founding Bandera Ventures,
Ltd., Mr. Anderson was associated with the Trammell Crow Company for over
16 years. Prior to his departure,
Mr. Anderson was Senior Executive Director, responsible for the Development
and Investment Group for the Western two-thirds of the United
States. He served on both the Executive
and Operating Committees. He earned his BBA and MBA from Southern
Methodist University where he graduated summa cum laude. Mr. Anderson is
active in the Young President’s Organization, Watermark Community Church
and serves on the Board of Directors for Central Distributors, Inc. and
East-West Ministries. He is a former Board Member of the Texas Real Estate
Council and was voted one of Forty Under Forty Businessman in Dallas by the
Dallas Business Journal.
Pryor Blackwell
Partner
Before founding Bandera Ventures, Ltd. in
2003, Mr. Blackwell was employed with Trammell Crow Company for 18
years. Prior to his departure, he was President of the Development
and Investment Group, located in the company headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
He served as a member of the Executive Committee, the Operating Committee,
and the Trammell Crow Company Board of Directors. He earned his BBA in
Finance from Texas Tech University. Mr. Blackwell is a member of the Dallas
Chapter of the Young President’s Organization and of the Executive Board
for the Boy Scouts of America – Circle of Ten Council, the Advisory Council
for the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, Board Member of
Plains Capital Bank, and Member of the Town of Highland Park Planning &
Zoning Commission. He was voted one of Forty Under Forty
Businessman in Dallas by the Dallas Business Journal and named as a “Star
to Watch” by the Commercial Property News.
Tom Leiser
Partner
Previously, Mr.
Leiser was associated with Trammell Crow Company for almost 20 years. He
has been involved in over 30 million square feet of leasing and
development. Mr. Leiser was
responsible for developments throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex
including industrial park and speculative building developments, build to
suits and design builds. He earned his MBA from Southern Methodist
University, JD from Indiana School of Law and BA from Indiana University.
Mr. Leiser is a Former Board Member of the National Association of
Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Member of the Association of Texas
Warehousemen, Founding Member of Dallas
Sixty, Deacon at Highland Park Presbyterian Church, and former
Associate Board Member at the Edwin L.
Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
Carol Kreditor
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Kreditor worked for Trammell Crow Company and then with
Crow Holdings for eighteen years. Before she left Crow Holdings, she was a
Managing Director responsible for the office building portfolio held by the
Crow Family and their related funds. She also served on the Investment
Committee for the Crow Holdings real estate funds. She joined Bandera at
the end of 2003. Ms Kreditor is active in her children’s schools serving on
the finance committee for Solomon Schechter Academy and the Board of
Directors of Yavneh Academy. She also serves on the Finance Committee and
Stewardship Committee for the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas.
