Bandera’s founding partners, Chuck Anderson, Pryor Blackwell and Tom Leiser (“Partners”), each have extensive experience in real estate operations, execution, and deal-generation. The Partners have over 60 years experience in commercial real estate encompassing over 50 million square feet of development and acquisitions throughout the United States.

Bandera’s business strategy is centered around industrial development and acquisitions, distressed office acquisitions and single tenant long-term lease opportunities in the United States. With significant expertise in operating, sourcing, underwriting and structuring real estate development and investment transactions, Bandera combines its skills within both the capital and real estate markets to create value for its various tenants, as well as its Partners.
